I found a cute surprise in my WordPress notices this morning, my blog has accumulated “1,000 Likes”! I know it’s not like I’m in the big time, but it feels good.

I’m aware that some bloggers and readers feel that the “Like” feature is a bit silly, but I wish all blogs had this feature. It’s a way of acknowledging blog posts that you enjoy without going through the formality of leaving a comment or doing a post on a social network.

Btw, I do leave comments and share on social networks, but I read many posts every day and can’t leave comments on all of them. Afterall, some days are busier than others and if I shares every post I’d be a spammer.
