Our Private Beach

It is the darnedest thing, I’m here to testify that you can experience people, places and events in Second Life that evoke feelings that are sometimes eerily similar to real life. Last night, WT and I went shopping for some beach stuff; beach blankets, picnic baskets, fire pits and so forth. We made PondLife our first stop and were planning to move on from because I’d already told WT that it was a very expensive store, but as they saying goes, low and behold we found some reasonably priced things with relatively low prim counts. So, WT bought up our goodies and we raced home to set them up on our beach.

I knew at once that we’d be spending significant time on our beach in the days to come, so I took a couple minutes and raced over to Enkythings to buy extra bikinis. (Girlfriends, Enkythings is the only store I’ve found where you can find a bikini with enough material on the fanny to cover more than a few millimeters of your butt crack [End of commentary].) Anyway, I bought a couple new bikinis, raced home and hopped on our new beach blanket with WT. We set the sun to midnight, found a good radio station, and just cuddled up and talked while our trusty campfire burned on and on.

I’m going to reveal a little secret about WT. He might be embarrassed when I say this because he is a shy guy, but the truth is, WT is a romantic guy. He really likes being with his woman, cuddled up, enjoying the quietness and easy conversation. And it is very nice being with someone who can just be with you without the need for something to be happening constantly.
