No New Projects

Keep repeating, No New Projects. I was chatting with Magi about The Line and she mentioned that Tristina will be returning as a DJ. And what did I do? “Oh cool! I’d love to host for her.” Oh Yordie!! Yordie, Yordie, Yordie. Well, fortunately, Magi suggested that we go slow. It was a good reminder to me to stop this chronic over committing. I enjoy hosting at The Line and I don’t want to screw it up.

Last night, I went to Blissie & Borday’s aniversary party. They’ve been together for an entire year. That is simply incredible here in Second Life! I’ve only known them from their hanging out at The Line, but like all of Crighton’s posse, they are fun people and good people. ElvisOtis and I decided to go to the party together and we danced and chatted. After the party, Elvis and I went over to his place for a swim and raced around his sim on a cool jet ski.

I’m getting back into the practice of writing daily journal entries. In the past, this was a very positive force in my second life. I lost the discipline about the time when my world was swept away by a season of storms. I’m past that very rough spot, and I’m reminded that writing these journal entries is about documenting the life of an avatar, Yordie Sands.

Yordie -It is so good to be seeing you around SL more. I can completely relate to you with regards to the overcommitting. I am also trying to get everything in balance -it can be a tedious process.I'm glad you and Elvis came to the celebration for Bliss & Borday. I love them both to pieces and am so glad to have them as friends – and to have you a part of that as well!
