Yesterday, I spent some time with LeLe checking out some island property that Mentone and she are thinking about buying. I have to say that they found a great place and I’m very tempted about buying my own little island. Unfortunately, if I did that I’d probably have to give up my garden in Chodron.

Later, I spent some time showing my garden to ML Ferraris. I hadn’t really shown the garden in quite some time and never in voice, so it wasn’t the best show I could have given. I did explain about the Japanese Tea Ceremony (which I’ll be performing at Sheri & Dray’s wedding next week) and the Geisha. Anyway, after the showing, ML showed me his island. ML owns one of the 10 islands surrounding the Junkyard and JY South. I was very impressed with the work that he had done, especially the water treatments. The most interesting thing is that ML truly role plays his part when he enters Second Life.

At 7pm, I headed for Shorty’s where Leanna was hosting. They had a great crowd and I saw some folks I hadn’t seen in ages. There was some trouble with the music and it detracted from the show, but I’ll be making Thursday nights a regular stop in my nightlife activities.
