How Does Your Garden Grow?

With bamboo trees and bamboo trees and la-dee-da-dee-da. Okies, I’ve been expanding my garden, this is known. And I’ve declared it complete several times in recent days, but I keep finding imperfections and now I feel like I need major work on certain areas. Maybe I’m too caught up in it. Anyway, this morning I shot a few photos that capture some of the changes that have been made.

In many ways, it’s the same garden.

The bamboo forest is “…lovely, dark and deep, but I have promises to keep and…” If you try wandering into it you’ll get lost.

And a stream runs through it to the west.

But the best route is the path that cuts directly to the other side.

There is a pond at the end of the stream and a hut to sit and enjoy music or just listen to the running water and sound of crickets.

I’ll be adding one more major element, another pond and then, despite flaws that torment me, I will open the garden to the public. Actually, it’s open if you want to take a peek. Click the picture of the garden in the right sidebar for a SLURL.
