Still Dancing, Prancing And Romancing

One of the things I love about being partnered is, you always have someone you like to go dancing with. I had been basically a femme sole for over a year and the truth is that very few guys ever asked me to dance, regardless of where I used to go or who I knew. I know, I know, I could always ask some guy to dance with me, but that is not my way.

In the past several days, Jon has been trapped much of the day in real life. So, in the evenings we go dancing. And we go to clubs all over the grid, many of which I’ve never been to before. We get dressed up and I get to wear the many evening gowns I have had hidden in my closet for ages. I’m delighted that Jon enjoys this so much, but we are still on our honeymoon really.

Jon and I are also planning a group for our friends. This gets back to the idea of having our open house for friends. We can’t seem to agree on a group name, so we are selecting ten names each and putting them on a list. Then we’ll start eliminating names from each other’s list. I’m not sure how this will go, but Jon is very persuasive.

Starting next week I’ll have guests in town for three weeks, but they will be coming and going so I should be able to be in-world many of those days.
