The one thing I look forward to each week, more than anything else, is going to Junkyard Blues for the fantastic Miss Luci show. So, last night I went as usual but instead of hitting the dance floor, some friends and I holed up in the bar north of the dancing.

That’s me at the left, waiting with that silly doggie, for friends to arrive.

Leanna, Jon and some friends opened a friends chat and just hung out in the bar, listening to DJ Luci Bergbahn spin, while all regulars carried on hooping and hollering outside. It was a new experience and we all enjoyed it for a change. I’ve said this before, there are a lot of wonderful nooks and crannies to enjoy at the Junkyard.

After the show, Jon and I went to his cafe and danced for awhile. We have decided not to see each other until his cafe is completed. It’s been a real ordeal trying to have a relationship while he’s preoccupied with his project. This break will help both of us sort out this crazy relationship.
