I haven’t sent the invitations out yet, but LeLe and I are planning to host the official opening of Yordie’s Zen Garden. I’ll be at the garden to greet visitors on Sunday starting at 5:00pm. I’ve asked Ziffy Zarf to bring his harmonica and play a set at 6:00pm. And I’ve even written a haiku to put the whole thing into a context. hehe

The event will be open to the public, so it will be a mixed crowd. And I’m a little concerned that if we have a large crowd it will overflow the area available for guests. I don’t think there is room for more than 20 people, so I’ll have to look at some alternative seating arrangements.

It feels a little strange to be throwing a party. I’ve been to dozens of parties since I entered Second Life, and I’ve helped organize quite a few parties for others in the past, but this is the first party I’ve organized for myself. Thank goodness my friend Leanna is helping me!
