Wandering Hither and Yon…

Yeah, yesterday I wandered all over but to no place in particular. Spent some time at Hosoi Ichiba eyeing their new small sized buildings. Wow! I hadn’t seen their tea house before and fell in love with it.

This is a photo of the tea house I copied from Hosoi’s blog.

I’m considering buying the tea house but all of Hosoi Ichiba’s merchandise is top of the line with top of the line prices as well. It’s hard to find fault with Ichiba prices though, the Hosoi Ichiba sim group is one of the Seven Wonders of Second Life. Don’t ask me what the other six are because I haven’t figure that out yet, but it might make a great blog series, Yordie’s Seven Wonders of Second Life. hmmm… I like the sounds of this.

Along my route, I popped in at Dance Island for some Techno (yeah, I like techno once in awhile) but discovered it was Gender-Bender Night and fled in terror. I do not want my gender bent. hehe

Also, I spent some time at The Savoy. Caught-up with Creighton a bit. I’ve always liked Cri. I think I bonded with him when I hosted for him at The Line. He is one of those people I feel I can not see for months, then pickup right were we left off. I feel that way about Kimala and Blissie too, even that whole Marco Island crowd.

I went shopping at GothiCatz, then fiddled in the garden. Started to recruit friends for my Harvest Moon Café group, but realized it’s too soon and backed off.

In the evening, I spend some time dancin’ and prancin’ at The Still with all the Still’s regulars (Luci, you need a blog for The Still). DJ Axe Nitely was spinning country & western tunes and we all dressed up in our western wear, me in my black Resistol cowgirl hat and all. But I was winding down then just ran out of second life steam. So, despite protests by LeLe & WT, I poofed early.

So I kept busy inworld. I hopped around like a good Second Life Socialite. I tried to keep one step ahead of the red meanies.

Note: I won’t be hosting at the Junkyard for awhile. Luci understands what it’s like to need a break. I’m gonna try to make it over there for The Miss Luci Show though, it’s always been the one thing I do on a regular basis.
