Oh My, It’s Wednesday Already!

The thing about a personal blog is, it’s about keeping a record of people you know, places you go, and things you do. And for the most part I’m gonna give myself an “Atta-Girl” for the effort in the past several months, even the past year. But I’ve had several recent gaps and it’s like a diet, you must stick to it even if you lose the handle like during Christmas eating too many sweet potato mini-pies. /me giggles. So, I’m gonna do a quick catchup on this week’s activities starting with my return on Sunday.

On Sunday I returned in a bit of a daze from my Christmas with my human in the real world. And I immediately raced into Tak’s arms and in a frenzy, we opened our Christmas presents. Lawdy, lawdy! Tak got me too more dresses from that shop in Paris where I got a couple of other dresses already (more on these in the future). After our Christmas present fun, we decided to head over to the Junkyard and catch Miss Fiery’s show. It was a good thing because my brain was just winding down.

Miss Fiery was spinning some wild stuff like in the old times, and it really felt good to be home, wrapped up in Tak’s arms.

I don’t know if I’ve mentioned this before but Tak & I have been planning to become world travellers in the coming year. We talked about this months ago and our honeymoon in Paris was the first leg in our journey. Now we are looking for our next adventure and our sights are on Rome. Unfortunately we haven’t found an exemplary location yet, but in our explorations we’ve come across some amazing places.

We discovered the Roman Forum of antiquity, a stunning build.
Also, we made our way to Venice, a not so stunning build tho.
And then there was Principato di Melioria and all I can say is, this is not only a stunning build but it is an imaginative place with nooks and crannies, and secret passage ways.

I’m looking forward to writing more about Principato di Melioria, also our search for a great Italian sim where we will take up residence for awhile. But for now, these are the highlights I’ve managed to capture before they fade into that grey twilight of second life memories.
