Saturday night is always Junkyard Blues night, and that means The Miss Luci Show. And DJ Luci Bergbahn has been spinning the best blues I’ve ever heard on the grid, as each week she continues to surprise and delight with a great set. Luci’s special tunes and bluesy folks at the JY have been enough to bring me there virtually every weekend for over two years now.

Nothing ever stands still in the world and neither does Miss Luci who loves good fun. Last Summer when I returned from a brief hosting hiatus, I joined Gracee in co-hosting for Luci. And on that first night, Luci saw her hostesses on either side of her and proclaimed us as her Posse — and wow, did that stick!

Well, last Saturday night, Gala Caprioni-Brando had the idea of taking this posse thing to the next level, with great outfits and joining Luci on the DJ stand for some dancing. Sounds cool, right? Well, it was! This is one of those cases where a couple pictures can say a thousand words.

This was a lot of fun and went really went great with Luci’s selection of Texas blues. A couple times during the night I checked the headcount on both sims and we were running over 60 most of the night. Hey, that really validates Kiff & Dina’s decision to spread the dance floor to both sims. And I’m certain we’ll be seeing more Posse to come; in fact, there’s now a special Posse group. Yay Posse!
