Our Little House @ Junkyard South

If you are keeping track, Tak and I have a growing number of houses. There’s our home in Nishijima and our roleplay home in Kansai. Also, we have a home at the bottom of the sea in the Pillars of Hercules sim group. And until a few days ago we had a boat slip at Junkyard Blues. The thing is, I’ve always wanted a home at the Junkyard and the other day when I saw one of the little white cabins on JY South, I made an impetuous decision and rented it. Fortunately, Tak loved it and so we moved in and it even had a place for our sloop, Somebody’s Baby.

That’s Tak & me outside our little house. This place makes me want to invite friends over and just sit around outside sipping tea, or sure, sipping brewskees.

A lot of people love Junkyard Blues, think of it as one of their favorite hangouts and expect it to continue on forever. The truth is, the houses and stores go a long way to support this piece of Gulf coast lifestyle. I say this because I’ve noticed a couple vacant houses, soooo… y’all come and get some of these little houses. Here’s a fast swamp buggy ride to the Junkyard.
