We’ve been so busy and I want to make sure I stick in a few little reminders of things we’ve done in the recent past. So, the will be just a brief photo record of the things that got missed as Tak & I made the move to our new garden.
We missed most of Mardi Gras this year. Here we are trying to have some fun at the Junkyard, but my Internet service provider is providing consistently awful service levels (instead of 3.0mbps, getting ~0.5mbps) and makes getting around pretty awful.
And here we are rowing thru the totally steampunk Forgotten City
(note to self: get a proper steampunk outfit).
Here’s a cool shot of the Forgotten City. Pretty cool, no?
And here’s Orelle – Silk Water Mountain. I discovered this place while shopping a few weeks back and meant to write about it but forgot all I was going to say.
And this morning I finally caught up with Leanna after seemingly forever. I invited her to see the new Harvest Moon Cafe and we danced and carried on just like we used to in olden times. Hugs LeLe.
Ok, this kinda catches up on things that have been happening — other than building the new garden — and I’m now ready to begin the next Chapter of The Samurai & The Geisha. Here’s the problem, the characters in the story came from the Nishijima region where they owned lands and a garden. The new chapter of my story needs to explain how it came to be that we sold that land and bought new land in another region. So, I’m dreaming up a doozie. hehe
