Wizzy & Me Upon The Blake Sea

I could have written a lot of titles for this post, but I like the sound of that one. Wizard Gynoid is a blogger I met through Empire Avenue (there’s small communities of us SLifers everywhere!). Anyway, she had seen my blog post about the Blake Sea and I guess it rang a bell because last night she asked me where she could rez a boat. Well, she had a boat alright!

I hopped in the Sea Girl and headed over to the rez zone.
When I arrived I saw this giant ship!
And somewhere in there was Wizzy’s avatar.
I zoomed around the giant ship for a few minutes,
then Wizzy hailed me to come aboard.
So I joined her in the cockpit of this beauty.
Isn’t that an amazing ship!
I’ve never been for a ride in one of these before
and was surprised at how it could cross
sims with ease, although slowly.

Wizzy had never had access to a body of water like the Blake Sea and it does change one’s perspective of what is possible here in Second Life. And while I’d been mulling getting a ship of this size, I never felt so compelled to get one. Can you imagine the parties you can have on a boat like this! lawdy lawdy
