It’s official, today is Second Life’s 9th Birthday. YAY!

It’s Saturday. There are 20 sims setup for SL9B. There is an all day, all night entertainment schedule. And best of all, I’ll be there (as soon as I finish all the blog posts I’m working on)!

One place I want to point everyone to is the Time Capsule exhibits. This is like a walk down memory lane and here’s something cool, they are collecting things for the SL9B, 2012 time capsule and you can put in something you think might be appropriate. I put in a ring I didn’t want to keep around but unfortunately all items must be Copy. They also must be Transferrable. Anyway, without further ado, here’s some pics of the Time Capsule area.

This is actually stuff from the 2003 “Beta” capsule. It all looks kinda primitive (pun intended) but it is very interesting to see our roots.
