About a month ago, the amazing sims of Calas Galadhon closed. Truck Meredith and Tymus Tenk wanted to do some major revisions and they’ve been giving out little glimpses on their blog. But today, they sent out a notice to the group announcing the sims are open again. I raced over there for a quick look a few minutes ago, snapped some photos and ran into Ty & Truck. I haven’t had a chance to even begin to explore but I will be this weekend. Start at the Welcome Area on Calas Galadhon! Here are a few photos I snapped.

This is the welcome area for Calas.
It is different in a good way.
and the snows of Winter have passed into Spring.

Here I am standing at the new and even more inviting village.
There are even amazing new dress shops.

The lake area still has a great selection of boats
to take for water tours of these fascinating regions.

Shortly after I began exploring I met up with those amazing men, Truck & Ty.
We chatted for a few minutes and I promised to return soon and often
because even with my brief visit there is a vast world to explore.
For those who don’t understand all the to-do about Calas Galadhon, please consider this, Truck & Ty have built this wonderland – one of Second Life’s great treasures – and opened it for you. It is their gift to Second Life. How can you not love these guys! ((I love you Truck & Ty *smiles*))
It was so good to see you yesterday as we opened the gates…. Truck and I appreciate all of the support you have shown us since we started this venture of ours called Calas 😉

When I first discovered Calas Galadhon I spent two hours exploring every nook and cranny I could of the six Sims they had. While in world taking some snaps for a future blog post this afternoon (UK time) I caught some of the Calas Group Chat which hinted they are now up to twelve. Incredible!! Clearly I need to put aside a day to go exploring there again!!
Calas is and always will be a labour of love for Tymus and Truck, so I’m really looking forward to seeing your pictures after the weekend.
